How many days a week do I train?

As many as you would like! Inside our gym, we recommend training 1-3 sessions per week with our expert trainers! Outside of the gym, we encourage all clients to continue exercising on their own for another 1-3 days per week. All progressive programming is tailored for each personal training client and ramped up over time!

How intense will a session be?

We are not here to give you the hardest workout possible! All sessions are modified to your ability and the intensity is increased over time according to your comfort and skill level

How much does it cost?

We are here to give you options for your completely-private and expert run personal training sessions!

All sessions range from $35 to $75 based on expert attention, one-on-one coaching, and number of sessions per week. Invest in your future, fitter self!
